Template Letters: The Settings page
This feature will allow you to create multiple templates to be used when sending out the assessment or forwarding completed assessment results.
1. Creating Your Signature
- Click on ‘Add’ for the signature row
- In step 1: Enter your contact details as you would like them to appear in an email. Ex. your name, title, name of company, phone number and any other details you feel are necessary
- In step 2: Enter a name for your signature so that you will be able to identify your signature when composing a new message. Ex. Primary or your first name.
- In step 3: Please click on ‘add signature’ to save the new signature.
2. Creating Email Assessment Templates: For prospects who have not received or completed the assessment
- Click the “Settings” tab
- Click on add, edit or delete for “Email Assessment Templates” to manage your stock messages used to invite and remind candidates to take and complete the assessment.
- Enter the details of the template you wish to create within the text box (“Type Personal Message Here”) or make changes to an existing letter.
- Once the letter has been configured, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter a template name so that you can easily identify this letter.
- Save the letter by clicking on the 'Add Template' button.
- The next time you click on a candidates name and select send assessment, you will be able to select your template form the top of the email screen.
3. Creating Email Report Templates:
- Responses for prospects who have completed the assessment
- Click the “Settings” tab
- Add, edit or delete “Report Templates” to specify the response you want to send to candidates after they’ve completed the assessment.
- Enter the details of the template letter or make changes to an existing letter.
- Once the letter has been configured, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter a template name so that you can easily identify this letter.
- Save the letter by clicking on the 'Add Template' button.
- The next time you click on a candidates name and select send results, you will be able to select your template form the top of the email screen.
- Note: Create your template letters and responses in Microsoft word to insure correct spelling and grammar then cut and paste the template into the appropriate template page.
Use these scripts below when writing a letter or calling a potential recruit. Below the letters we've
included a list of the typical things that New, and Experienced Salespeople look for in a Broker.
By keeping these points in mind you can give the rectruit the information they're looking for.

If this interests you, please contact me by email or telephone (555-5555) and we'll set a time for you to drop by the office. You should allow an hour of your time for the process.

This is such a fantastic tool and we would like for you to complete the assessment as soon as you can. If you are still interested in completing the assessment, and are having difficulties with your internet connection or computer equipment, I would like to invite you to come in to either of our offices and complete the simulation. Please contact me by email or telephone (555-5555) and we'll set a time for you to drop by the office. If you are not interested in completing the assessment, if you would be so kind as to let us know the reason, we would appreciate your reply.
