From there you can run additional reports with graphs or import those contacts into another database. Select the folder from which you want the data exported. Click on the export data button. The File Download window will be opened. You can now save or open the CSV file in Excel. Note that all the pages will be exported from your search or particular folder. From Excel you can create reports using this data or extract some of the data for other purposes. Ex. copy all the email addresses for use in a drip campaign.
