Recruiting Management System Organizing Prospects: Folders

This feature will allow you to easily organize your leads so that you can quickly locate groups or individuals.

1. Creating Folders:

  • Click on “Create” folder
  • Enter the name of the folder
  • Click on “Create Folder”





2. Moving Prospects into Folders:
  • Select the checkbox beside the leads’ desired names
  • From the “Move to Folder” dropdown list, select the folder into which you want to place the information

3. Manage Folders:

Editing Folder Names
  • Click on “Manage” folder
  • Click on the check box next to the folder name to be edited.
  • Choose "Rename"
  • Enter the new folder name
  • Select "Rename" at the bottom of the page
Deleting Folder Names
  • Click on “Manage” folder
  • Click on the check box next to the folder name to be deleted.
  • Select "OK" if you are sure that you want to complete the deletion
*Note: Folder contents will also be deleted.  If you would like to maintain the contents of the folder, you will have to transfer the folder contents before deleting (See section 2: Move Prospects into Folders).

*Also Note: If a folder or any leads are accidentally deleted, they can be restored for you.  Simply give us a call or send us an email and let us know what you would like to be restored and we will take care of it for you.
