The Real Estate Simulator Party:
The Real Estate Simulator party is a fun and effective way of getting support and enthusiasm for the Real Estate Simulator throughout you company.
- Invite media, your entire staff and prospective candidates to this fun and interactive event. During the party:
- Play viral video as an ice breaker and a way to demonstrate the importance of making good selection choices in the recruiting process.
- Devote to time to demonstrate how the Simulator can help candidates, office managers and recruiters benefit from this tool.
- Encourage everyone to take the Simulator on-site and share their experiences.
- Explain to the media why this is an important business tool and why you’ve chosen to invest in it. (Note: As part of your efforts to build relationships with the media, send them a link to the Simulator before the party so they can “touch” it for themselves).
- Provide refreshments.
- Consider offering a token prize for any office manager who successfully has 50% or more of their staff complete the Simulator.
