Involving your agents in your recruiting and selection efforts will allow you to tap into another source of great potential.

Your agents are in contact with many individuals, including co-operative agents that may be a great fit for your company. However, your agents are not recruiters and would probably prefer to spend their time focusing on building their business.  Therefore, rather than have your agents go through a recruiting pitch that will consume a lot of their valuable time, they can use the RES as a way for them to still direct great prospects to you with little effort on their part.

How: When your agents come across a good co-operative agent or a prospect that has inquired about a career in Real Estate, they simply direct that person to the Real Estate Simulator.  From there all the candidate needs to do is place the agents name in the referred by option when they sign up to take the assessment.  This strategy will allow agents to direct many prospects to you with ease.  If you have implemented any type of referral program with your agents, the referred by field implemented in the sign up page of the assessment will allow you to easily track where the referrals came from.
