Identifying Training Needs:
The Real Estate Simulator results can help position the development route for each of your agents, allowing you to provide them with focused training. The assessment results will allow you to configure training for specific individual agents or groups of agents permitting them to maximize the benefit of your resources.
After your agents have taken the assessment and you have reviewed their results with them, think about providing them with training for each area where their scores were in the “needs improvement area”.
