Career Nights
|
Incorporating the RES:
- In the career event invitation, direct candidates to take the assessment prior to attending the event
- Use the results to position the worth of coming in for pre-licensing
- If they score well, let them know that they have shown great potential and that the next step would be for them to obtain their license. Have them attend the career event to understand the licensing process.
- If they score poorly, let them know that they would benefit from pre-training to help set them up for a successful career in real estate. Have them attend the career seminar as a way to initiate that training.
- Have those who took the assessment prior to the career night talk briefly about their experience with the assessment as a way to create interaction and encourage others to complete the assessment.
- Explain how the assessment results better prepare your agents and puts your company ahead of the competition.
- Encourage others to take the assessment following the career event.
- Follow up by sending a link to the assessment.
- Let them know that you will be sending them the assessment via email.
- Let them know that it needs to be completed if they are serious about starting a real estate career with you and would like an interview.
