All the information regarding a lead can be accessed through the Leads List.
The Leads List is divided into 3 main sections, Profile, Assessment, and Status.
Each section will enable you to manage a lead's account from start to finish.
Profile enables you to add or change information
for new and existing leads.
Action Menu
1. Click on a leads name
2. The Action Menu will appear beside the lead.
3. From Here you can select one of the options by clicking on it.
Edit Info
Brings up the Edit Info page for that lead. Here you can change information such as the leads Address, Name etc.
Edit Status
Brings up the Edit Status Page for the lead. Here you can change the status for that lead.
Send Assessment
Brings up the Send Assessment page. Here you can send an invitation for the lead to take the assessment.
Send Results.
Brings up the Send Results page, Here you can send the assessment results manually to the lead.
Send Email
This will bring up your default email editor (Outlook) which will allow you to send a general email to the lead.
Assessment enables you to review a lead's assessment
results and verify when they signed up and took the Simulator and also
see how far into an assessment the lead has progressed.
Viewing a Leads Complete Assessment Report
Click on the score text, either Low, Sat, or High.
This will bring up the complete Assessment Report
Status allows you to record a lead's progress
in terms of when they were contacted, if they were interviewed, went to
a seminar, whether they were offered a position, if they were hired or
if they are licensed..
Specifying status.
1. Click on the status you would like to change.
2. The Change Status dialog will pop up.
3. From the drop down list select either Yes, No, or N/A
4. Click OK
5. The status will now reflect your choice.
