Deleting a Lead

 

If for any reason you want to delete a lead or a group of leads you can do so by following these steps:

 

  1. Select the desired lead to delete by placing a check mark beside the number next to their name in the ID column. You may select as many leads as you like.  You may de-select a lead by clicking on the check mark.



    If you want to select the entire list then click on the ID check box on the header row


     

  2. Click the Delete Lead button on the Toolbar.

     

  3. Click on the OK button to confirm the deletion

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Viewing A Lead's Simulator Progress

 

To view how far along the assessment a particular lead is, simply hover over the orange section of the status bar.

Once you hover over this section a percentage of completion will be displayed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Manually Sending Assessment Information To A Lead (From Main Administration Page)

 

You can send an email invitation for a lead to take the assessment.  You may want to do this if you signed up the person yourself as apposed to the lead automatically signing up for an assessment account.

 

You can send the email directly from the Main Administrative Page.  Alternatively you can send the email invitation from the Edit Info Page.  

 

 

To send the email invitation from the Main Page, select a lead by clicking on their name.  

 

This will bring up the Action Menu.  Click on Send Assessment.

 

Edit Info Clicked

If you decide to click the "Edit Info" link, a page to edit the lead's contact details will appear. Once you have entered all the necessary information you can click the button to be taken to the message composition page.

 

Send Test Info Clicked

If you decide to click the "Send Test Info" you will be taken directly to the message composition page. Here you can customize the message contents to include personalized comments and notes.

 

Once you are satisfied with the message's contents you can click the   button to send the invitation to the lead.

 

 

 

Note that after you send a notification to the lead the Registered column will reflect the date which the invitation was sent. For the above example, John Doe was sent a new notification on March 31, 2004.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Viewing Assessment Results

 

To view a lead's assessment results once they finish you can click the "Low" (Sat or High) link. Once clicked, the lead's report will be displayed.

 

 

 

 

Exporting Testee Details

 

1. Select the folder form which you want the data exported.

2. Click on the export data button.

3. The File Download window will be opened.

4. You can now save or open the CSV file.

5. Note that all the pages will be exported.

 

 

 

Sending Assessment Results

 

To send a lead's assessment results once they finish you can click the "Send Results" link.

 

 

Once clicked, a composition window will appear which will contain a customizable area for comments and notes and a link to the lead's report. Once you are satisfied with the message's contents you may click the button to send the lead the results of their assessment.

 

 

 

 

 

Editing User Information

 

The details of a new user or existing user can be updated by clicking the "Edit Info" link.

 

 

Once clicked, a page to change the lead's details will appear. If you are updating the details of a new lead the page will be populated with the details of the lead. If this is a new account then only the "User Name" and "Password" fields will be filled in. Since an empty test account was selected above, new lead details are filled into the page.

 

Once all the information is properly entered the button can be clicked to send the lead an email, or the UPDATE button can be clicked to update the account's details.

 

 

 

 

Note that once the details are updated, the results are shown on the main administrative page.
