The Real Estate Simulator Administrator now allows you to organize your leads into folders. The folder names are listed in the order they are created. The number of lead inside a folder appears after the folder name in brackets. The default folder is always a folder is “Main”.
To open a folder just click on the folder’s name.
From the main folder view you can create a new folder.
1. Click on Create.
2. This will bring up the Create Folder window.
3. Type in the name of the new folder in the Name field.
4. Click Create.
5. The new folder will now appear in the folder list.
From the Manage Folders window you can rename a folder, delete a folder or create a new folder. The folder names are listed in the order they are created. The number of lead inside a folder appears after the folder name in brackets.
To access the Manage Folders window click on Manage in the main folder list.
1. Select the folders you would like to rename by clicking on the check box to the left of the current folder name. You may select more than one folder.
2. Click on Rename.
3. You can now edit the folder names.
4. Once you have finished typing in the new name, click on Rename at the bottom of the list.
5. The folders will now be renamed.
1. Select the folders you want deleted by clicking on the check box to the left of the current folder name. You may select more than one folder.
2. Click on Delete.
3. A dialog will appear: Delete Selected Folder(s)
4. Click OK
5. The selected folders will now be deleted
1. Click on Create.
2. This will bring up the Create Folder window.
3. Type in the name of the new folder in the Name field.
4. Click Create.
5. The new folder will now appear in the folder list.
